- Make a smoothie and drink lots of water.
- Quiet time with Jesus (journal, pray, worship music, etc.)
- Watch a LIVE Sunday service.
- Clean an area of your home, reorganize, do laundry, or declutter and donate.
- Is there a household project that you’ve been holding off on? Do it!
- Do an art project (draw, paint, etc.)
- What is something you have been wanting to try?
- Rest and/or read.
- What is an encouraging book you can read?
- Make a to-do list.
- Work on a few work-related things to grow in your field.
- What is a work priority for today?
- What is an area I want to learn more about?
- Write a blog or Instagram post
- Re-edit old photos
- Update your app that tracks my expenses.
- Take your pets for a walk.
- Go on a run and/or do a YouTube workout video.
- Reach out to a friend and/or client and see how they’re doing.
- Zoom chat with a group of friends.
- Have a photoshoot with your family.
- Meal prep or have a family dinner.
- Bake healthy treats.
- Have a movie night with allllll the snacks.
- Family game night (Guitar Hero, Mario Kart, Catch Phrase, Karaoke, cards, puzzles, etc.)
- Spa night (paint nails, face masks, etc.)
- Set limits on phone time.
- Try putting your phone away one hour before bed. You can even set it on a drawer away from your bed so that you have to get out of bed in the morning to get it!
- Go to bed at a decent hour.
- Start the first hour of your morning phone-free!
